The idea was cute. They had a "design the water tower!" contest and some sweet little kid came up with this design. In the crayon colored picture the real clouds merged with the painted clouds and camoflaged the entire water tower. But as far as camo goes they should have painted it a blue gray and not a bright aqua. Maybe it was supposed to be hopeful, but the truth of the matter is that it
just inhances the feeling of depression every time you look up and realize the sky is nowhere near as nice a blue.I'm on a mission to stalk the water tower now and see if the sky ever does reach the right color.
